These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the be still website and the purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Products

We aim for product descriptions, images, and details to be accurate, but colours can vary slightly between screens and print processes, and minor variations in materials or finish are part of how the objects are made. These are not defects.

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue products at any time.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. If we identify an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Orders

An order confirmation email is not the same as order acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store full credit card details.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within two business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates only. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we don’t control how quickly it moves, and we aren’t liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Once a parcel is confirmed as delivered, we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe a confirmed delivery hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns and refunds

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery, provided the journal is unused and arrives in resaleable condition. Resaleable means no writing, no creased spine, and no damage from inadequate packaging in transit. The banderole and shipping box don’t need to come back, but the journal itself must be in the same condition it left in.

To request a return, email [email protected] before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Domestic orders include free shipping, but the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from refunds on returned items. International shipping costs are not refunded.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including product designs, branding, layout, text, and imagery, is the property of be still. None of it may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, be still is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law (Cth).
